Alex Crecco is ripped. The 17 year old stands 5’9 and 180 pounds of pure man. For the three years he was involved with the Ipswich Football program, he proved to be a force that no one wanted to recon with.
Colby Smith, a former teammate of Alex’s said, “He was as fast as a cheetah and as fierce as a lion.” Crecco demanded respect for his talents and got them.
After three disappointing seasons with the Ipswich Tigers, Crecco decided there were bigger fish to fry, and became a Bishop Fenwick Crusader. Switching schools in high school is hard, but switching your senior year is almost impossible.
With genius like ingenuity, Alex has made leaps and bounds for the Bishop program. He is a top athlete and has proven that he can be the “It” factor to win football games. In the interview, it was clear that Alex has football on his mind from the time he wakes up to the time he goes to bed. When asked how he liked the new school he said, “I like football."
With the Fenwick Crusaders holding a 3-4 record, and the Ipswich Tiger’s holding a winless record, Alex brought some words of advise to his old teammates and coach’s, “Work hard boys."
Alex continues to fight on the field everyday and will not rest until he gets all he can. The multi-time Iron Man Champion has fight in his heart and sweats the Fenwick colors of Blue and Gold. We wish Alex the best of Luck.
Go Tigers!
