The Multicultural Experience Club is a newly formed organization in Keystone Middle School. The mission of the club is to encourage personal growth and tolerance through the connection of one culture to the next. We feel that in our constantly growing global community, it is important that students interact with and learn from each other.

Our first meeting was held on September 28th. Everyone presented information on their ethnic backgrounds. We learned about many different cultures and their customs, holidays, traditions, and food, from countries in North and Central America, Europe, and Eastern Europe.

At a previous meeting, students chose a country to learn more about and prepared a “travel brochure” to share with one another. This meeting took place on October 26th.  The meetings are scheduled for the last Monday of each month at 8:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) and everyone is welcome to attend!
