The Lady Rams volleyball team has had to make some serious transitions this season after the loss of graduates Brittnee Remika, Carly Jorgensen and Monika Lopez. After having the same starting line-up for two years, the lady Rams were unsure of the outcome of the new team. But after the first couple of games, the Rams’ undefeated record has made a positive statement about their goal of being the Citrus East Champions for the second time in a row.

Senior Mindy Peiffer and juniors Coressa Bowman and Noelhy Delgadillo have filled the three empty slots on the varsity squad, along with the returning seniors Camay Gullo, Justyne Navarro and Jessica Dunn. Also helping out the varsity squad is sophomore Maya Eckhardt, who has stepped up by taking the place of Navarro due to her ankle injury that occurred in the recent game at Escondido Adventist Academy.

As captains of this year’s squad, we are excited to see how the season plays out.

El Equipo de Voleibol Hace Cambios Grandes

El equipo de las Lady Rams voleibol tubo que hacer unos cambios dramaticos esta temporada despues de la partida de las graduadas Brittnee Remika, Carly Jorgensen y Monika Lopez. Despues de haber tenido la misma rutina por dos anos consecutivos, las Lady Rams estaban inseguras del resultado de el nuevo equipo. Despues de los primeros juegos, el invencible record a hecho un impacto positive acerca de ser las campionas del Citrus East League por Segunda vez en linea.

Senior Mindy Peiffer y juniors Coressa Bowman y Noelhy Delgadillo an llenado tres lugares vacios en el equipo de varsity, cuales integrantes tambien son seniors Camay Gullo, Justyne Navarro y Jessica Dunn. Tambien ayudando el equipo de varsity es sophomore Maya Eckhard, quien a sobresalido remplasando el lugar de Navarro a consecuencia de una lesion en el tobillo que ocurrio en el juego mas reciente en Escondido Adventist Academy.

Como capitana del equipo este ano, estamos emosionadas de ver el resultado de esta temporada.
