The Lady Eagle basketball team began the season by hitting the road and traveling to Syracuse for their first game. After many hard practices the girls showed improvement, but ended up being edged out of the win by the Lady Bulldogs 32 to 48.
    Mariah Ramsey scored the most points with twelve followed by BayLee Hoskinson and Kai Gustafson with eight and seven points. As the game went on quarter by quarter points scored by the Eagles improved.
    It was a tough game with the final score of 32 to 48. The Lady Eagles showed heart by never giving up and keeping the momentum of their game to a maximum.
