Homecoming will be arriving soon, and athletes are preparing tiredlessly for the event. Students get especially pepped up because it’s a time to really represent the school, as well as have a great time!

The dance always has a good turn out. There, students wear exotic outfits, and spend weeks planning new, fun ideas for the night. In order to uphold tradition, uperclassmen convince freshmen to do embarassing things for the rally. They usually dress up in funny clothes, or make them say embarrassing things to people around school.

For the football game, a lot is going on. Student council usually sells food and drinks to raise money for other causes, the school rents out a moon bounce, and there are many games to play. The dance team puts on a crowd-pleasing performance. The students however, play themost important role in the week, representing our blue and gold colors, painting their faces, and cheering on the players.

When someone brings up homecoming, the first thing that usually comes to peoples' minds is pep rally. Sport teams make up skits for the rally, and have a sleepover with all their teammates the night before. The teachers are never exactly excited for the day after the sleepover, for the students usually don’t go to bed and come to school exhausted.
