At-a-glance

-
You may have seen him in the hallway, track, cross country running, student government, National Honors Society, Z-club or in your classes.
Cameron Ginochio, Senior Class president, has an active and productive life. Ginochio, Dimond’s two-time prince for Prom court and Sadie Hawkins court, has a sweet way with ladies.
He and his high school sweet heart, Katie Anderson, has had an on-and-off relationship since freshman year.
Behind the school life, Ginochio is involved with extra-curricular activities and works at Toys R Us with Kyle Moore. Ginochio and his best friend, Jake Alward,  know everything about each other.
Alward, also a senior, said, “Cameron is my best friend. He’s my brother, we talk on the phone and run together every day. He’s an intelligent person just like me. He gives me advice, from girls to life choices. He’s one of the best people in my life, and I’m lucky to have him in my life. He’ll always be my buddy.”
Ginochio was born on October 1, 1993. Ginochio likes to run, and has five varsity letters from track and cross country running.  Ginochio is attending University of Minnesota and plans to major in engineering.
Ginochio shared his two favorite quotes, “An unbelieved truth can hurt a man more than a lie,” and “I love you like I love my shoes, but even white AirForce1s come in twos.”
Ginochio said, “I’m a pretty relaxed person. I enjoy chilling with my friends.”
In his spare time, he likes to read his favorite book, “Where The Red Fern Grows”, and when he’s bored he enjoys watching Disney Pixar movies. Ginochio hopes to make a movie one day.
Katie Anderson, a senior and his girlfriend, said, “He’s really sweet and caring. He’s smart and is always willing to help. We’ve known each other since middle school. I feel like I can tell him anything without any judgment. He’s supportive and always there for me. I love him.”
Anne Morris, Ginochio's AP Language teacher, said, “Cameron is a smart kid, and I enjoy having him in my class.”
Currently, Ginochio is Morris’ teacher aide. He quietly helps Morris when needed, works on AP physics or sleeps.
Overall, Cameron Ginochio is a superior senior. He’s active in our school and is an excellent student.
