What more could you want from a field trip to Salt lake then good food, fun company, and then spending an entire school day at the New Gate Mall?  
    The trip was long but if you're one for good company.  Some drove, others rode the bus, and those who were lucky got to ride with Wilber in the school's SUVs.  
    Siegfried’s a small German cafe with mouth watering tantalizers, is nested in a little spot in Salt Lake City.  When you walk in you can just smell the good food, hear the good company if it’s busy, and then taste the food. It’s like a rich flavor of fireworks bursting in your mouth.  Not to mention the price for such a thing would make you think its imitation to the real thing but no it’s the real deal and everything is under ten dollars.
    After Siegfried’s everyone makes the trip down to New Gate Mall to spend the rest of the day with its spacious area and the many shops. In that time and the size of the place you may get the time to visit the many stores from a apple store, to the book store, and then to the clothes, and maybe GameStop.  If you didn’t get enough to eat at Siegfried’s, you could try the many small little cafes, or even an ice cream.  The weather was nice except at one part where it snowed for a short little while like the weather said.  
    Then when you were done with the first level of the mall you could explore the awesome design of the second floor, and even find more stores to spend your money at.  
    But if German food, a mall, and lots of people don’t sound like you this may not turn out to be for you.
