I recently had the pleasure of interviewing Ms. Gregory. She is an excellent teacher and has a very busy life.

Amanda: How are you today?

Ms. Gregory: I’m fine.

Amanda: How do you like being head over FCA?

Ms. Gregory: I love it! I feel inadequate, but I love it!

Amanda: Do you miss football season, and how did you get into your coaching career?

Ms. Gregory: Oh yes! Coach Rogers approached me and asked if I’d like to do devotionals with the boys and keep track of their GPA’s.

Amanda: How do you like working with teenagers?

Ms. Gregory: I love it; I feel like I can relate to them.

Amanda: If there was one thing you could tell to students what would that be?

Ms. Gregory: Don’t get confused if a teacher reprimands you; it’s only because we care!

Amanda: That’s good advice. How many years have you been teaching here?

Ms. Gregory: I’ve taught 26 years and only here. I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere else.

Amanda: What are your after school hobbies?

Ms. Gregory: Trout Fishing, Horseback riding, being crazy about football, and driving the church van.

Amanda: How did you know you wanted to be a teacher?

Ms. Gregory: My granddad, Everett Gregory, was a teacher in Webster and I knew that is where I wanted to be.

Amanda: Thanks for the interview!

Ms. Gregory: Thank you!
