Last night, a miraculous game occurred in the Miami Heat arena. The Heat hosted the Oklahoma City Thunder at home in a game that was very intense for both Heat and Thunder fans. There were a lot of hard fouls, vicious dunks, and nice shots in the game that may just determine who is the MVP for the finals.
I full on expect to see the Heat and the Thunder back at it in the finals and I’d also like to see Kevin Durant from OKC to take home a ring and the MVP award. Both of the players, Kevin Durant and Lebron James, possess the power to become a finals MVP and each of the teams has what it takes to get to the finals. If anything the game last night only opened up the Thunder for improvement both on the offensive side and the defensive side. Maybe next time they play they will have a better strategy to stop the scoring of the heat and get something started on the offensive end.
But even though OKC lost it does not mean they still don’t have a chance to beat them seeing as Kevin Durant still scored 30 points that game. If Kevin Durant becomes better under pressure and they can better distribute the ball against the Heat then they will have what it takes to knock the Heat out of the finals and get there first ring. All in all my opinion on the MVP slot, it should be Kevin Durant all the way.
