Well the year is coming to a close. Along with
our friends, tests, classrooms and homework, we are also saying goodbye to this
year’s group of amazing seniors. So to end the year, we're picking some
particularly shining Spartans for senior features! These seniors are none other
than Samantha Waldvogel and Beau Pearson! They’ve been picked for their amazing
personalities, willingness to work and school spirit.
First, I spoke with Samantha, and asked her these questions:
Q: Favorite memory at South Warren?
A: “My favorite memory at South Warren was Football homecoming this past year.”
Q: Are you involved in any clubs/activities?
A: I’m involved in Beta club and was also a part of the
yearbook committee.”
Q: Where are you planning on attending college?
Thoughts/feelings?
A: I’ll be attending
UK in the fall. I’m a little bit anxious about moving to a new city, but very
excited at the same time.”
Q: Favorite book/movie?
A: “My favorite movie
is Shawshank Redemption, and my favorite book is To Kill A Mockingbird.”
Q: Favorite go-to snack food?
A: “Popcorn.”
Q What do you plan on majoring in in college? Afterwards?
A: My planned college major is Biology. After my
undergraduate is finished, I plan on applying to dental school.”

Q: Favorite memory at South Warren?
A: “Escorting for both Football and Basketball homecoming.”
Q: Are you involved in any clubs/activities?
A: I’m involved in track, cross country, student council,
SCEC, Spear-It Club, peer tutoring, prom committee, and senior class rep.”
Q: Where are you planning on attending college?
Thoughts/feelings?
A: I’ll be attending Florida
College in Tampa. I’ve really enjoyed my time here at South Warren. I’m also
really excited though.”
Q: Favorite book/movie?
A: “My favorite book
is The Great Gatsby.”
Q: Favorite go-to snack food?
A: “Nutella and chocolate chip teddy grams.”
Q What do you plan on majoring in in college? Afterwards?
A: Public Relations, then eventually going back to Nashville
to work on publicizing for the music industry.”
