White Chocolate Mousse in Chocolate Meringue shells with Raspberry Couils is a beautiful dish with tons of colors and different tastes.
Ingredients that are included to make this are 5 ounces of good quality white chocolate, 1/4 cup unsalted butter (4 tablespoons), 2 large eggs (separated), 2 Teaspoons Grand Marnier Liqueur, 3 Tablespoons of sugar, 2/3 cup of cold heavy cream, Raspberry Couils, Chocolate Meringue shells, 1 large orange, 1/2 pint of fresh raspberries, springs fresh mint. To make the Raspberry Couils, one will need 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of water and 2 cups of fresh raspberries that have been rinsed and picked over. To make the Chocolate Meringue Shells one will need 3 large egg whites, 1/4 teaspoon cream of tarter, pinch of salt, 3/4 cups of sugar, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of pure vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of unsweetened sifted cocoa. These are the ingredients used to make White Chocolate Mousse in Chocolate Meringue Shells with Raspberry Coulis. This recipe takes five hours to make. These five hours include of one hour of prep time, two hours being active and two hours of cooking. This make four servings. This recipe isn't hard to make but not easy to make either.
One will need a double boiler, a whisk, a bowl, a larger bowl, another bowl, plats, blender or food processor, strainer, rubber spatula, another large bowl (total of 4 bowls), beaters, and pastry bags to make White Chocolate Mousse in Chocolate Meringue Shells with Raspberry Coulis
