Don’t you just love those teachers who have couches in their room! I know I do, because who doesn’t love just relaxing while writing notes or listening to speeches or even just listening to the teacher talk. Pretty gross when you think about it, Zach Grall (12) says, “Mr. Uranich has a pretty haggard and dirty couch” and if you end up falling asleep like Nick Tweter (12) who thinks it’s awesome to sleep during class time, Mr. Uranich’s couch will swallow you. And Tweter did fall asleep but nobody knew that he did because they were listening to the teacher. Paxton Rodocker (12) drifted off for a little and heard this little yell saying “help me” and noticed that Tweter was gone! Austin Underwood (11) also noticed that after hearing Rodocker laugh to herself, Underwood was going to be a hero to Tweter, for he was going to tell the school board about these horrible couches that swallow students who fall asleep. Tweter did not care about the school board getting all the couches out of the school because he wanted out of the couch! He kept yelling until someone finally realized that it wouldn’t be hard to get him out. Sierra Baublits (9) being the nice girl she is figured it was time to get Tweter out of the couch so she went and told Mr. Uranich what happened to Tweter and Mr. Uranich asked, “anyone who’s not afraid of couches or afraid of the dark please get Tweter out of the couch”. All the students just laughed for awhile because Tweter had fallen asleep in class and then got swallowed but they finally calmed down and made a chain of students because the couch seemed to be a lot deeper than they thought it would be. They put Eric Wahl (11) in the back because he is the strongest and would be able to pull all the students up more easily than anybody else. The one to go down to get Tweter was Brian Cristion (11) – he has the longer arms out of the rest of the class. After trying to get everyone else in order he easily came out of the couch. Underwood finally got the school board to get rid of any dirty and haggard couches and just replace them with clean and new couches which shouldn’t be a problem with any students who fall asleep in class. A lot of students don’t care for the couches in the class room because as long as they are comfortable they are perfectly fine, I mean who wouldn’t want to be half asleep during class time? Tweter should know, he has fallen asleep in class enough and learned his lesson. He shouldn’t have a problem when all those evil couches are removed and exchanged with new couches, Underwood was the hero for the day! Let’s give a warm welcome to those new clean and good smelling couches!
