S’more Ice Cream Treats

Preparation Time: 15 mins.

Total Time: 3 hrs. 15 mins.

Makes: 9 servings, 1 sandwich each

Ingredients:

9 graham crackers, broken crosswise in half (18 squares)

1 hot fudge sundae topping

2 cups of mini marshmallows

2 cups softened chocolate ice cream

Directions:

-

Place 9 graham squares evenly on bottom of foil-lined 9 in. square pan

-

Cover with 1/2 cup of the fudge topping; spread topping evenly cover graham squares

- Sprinkle evenly with marshmallows

Cover with layers of ice cream and remaining 1/2 cup fudge topping

Top with remaining 9 graham squares to form sandwiches and cover

Freeze several hours or overnight. Let stand at room temperature 10 mins. before cutting into 9 squares to serve. Store leftover sandwiches in freezer

Coffee Shake

Preparation Time: 5 mins.

Total Time: 5 mins.

Makes: 3 servings

Ingredients:

2 cups cold milk

1 cup softened vanilla, coffee or chocolate ice cream

1/2 cup french Vanilla Cafe flavored coffee (other coffees may be used)

Directions:

-Place milk, ice cream and flavored instant coffee in blender container and cover.

- Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately

Crunchy Ice Cream Balls

Preparation Time: 10 mins.

Total Time: 4 hrs. 10 mins.

Makes: 4 servings, 2 ice cream balls each

Ingredients:

2 cups of vanilla ice cream

2 cups of Honeycomb or Cocoa or Fruity Pebbles, lightly crushed (other cereals may be used)

Directions:

-Scoop ice cream into 8 balls and roll in cereal until evenly coated

-Wrap individually in plastic wrap

-Freeze 4 hours or until ready to serve. Store in freezer
