It’s senior year for the class of 2012 at Edward Little, and while many exciting things are planned for their last year, one big decision is still not made, and that’s  the Senior trip.
The Edward Little Senior class is currently in the midst of deciding where to go for the trip, one of their last memories together as a class. There have been many ideas brought up on the Class of 2010 Executive Board page on Facebook. Idea from cruises to even renting Six Flags for the entire day. Also other possible ideas like a cruise were shot down, due to restrictions set by the school on overnight trips.
“The number one goal, which definitely seems like a reasonable one at this point, is New York City,” said senior co-president Josh Hawley. “With the options we have in front of us right now, in terms of money and realism, NYC is definitely my personal number one choice. I've heard people talking about renting out Six Flags and stuff, and we looked into it, and to rent out Six Flags literally costs $1 million, so New York City is definitely what we want to do, at this point.”
With over 300 kids in the Senior Class, money plays a big part on deciding where to go, as does finding enough chaperones.
With Six Flags costing so much, the trip to New York City continues to become more popular and likely to happen.
