The school has blossomed abundantly this year! There are plenty of new Sabers, both students and teachers. Walking in the building for the first day and sitting with new classmates sparked the start of a wonderful school year! When it was time for lunch, students were very interactive, and were definitely not afraid to make new friends! Everyone felt welcomed and delighted about being a member of the MAST family. “I like the new students, they were pretty friendly”, according to freshman, Daylen Leyva.
Meeting the new teachers during the day was a great pleasure as well. They were very outgoing, had a pretty interesting description of themselves, and gladly shared their smiles! “The first day of school was good; it’s just that it was very crowded! But the teachers were nice”, Kiani Oro, a sophomore, commented. Despite the fact that there was homework the first night, you cannot deny that the experience was lovely, especially for those that recently arrived. With such a great start, I strongly believe we, as a whole, will have a magnificent school year.
