1. What do you like about MAST@Homestead so far?

“All of the teachers here have really good intentions, I think it is a great opportunity to be here and I can’t wait to move further on throughout the years”

2. What school did you come from?

“I came from Herbert Ammons Middle School.”

3. What activities are you currently involved in outside of school?

“I do a lot of sports like: cross country, track, basketball, and softball. I also like to listen to music and take my phone with me everywhere.”

4. What kind of activities (field-trips, dances, sport’s club etc.) do you want to participate in during the year?

“I would like to go on field-trips to different hospitals so that we can experience different things and work hands-on with doctors.”

5. What do you like about your schedule?

“I like all of my classes. I think they are really fun.”

6. What were your fears about entering this school?

“I was afraid of teachers being too tough, being in a different environment and having a lot of work.”


7. How was your first day at school?

“My first day of school was amazing! Everyone was really nice.”

8. Who is your favorite teacher? Why?

“My favorite teachers are Ms. Gilliard and Ms. Orta because I like the courses they are  teaching. The classes are fun but at the same time we learn something new.”

9. What do you expect in the upcoming year?

“I expect to be in the new building.”
