Ketchum’s high school golf team consists of twenty-seven current members that like to play golf. In order to play golf he or she must first be eligible to play, meaning that they cannot be failing any classes at the current time of enrollment. Second you need to supply your own golf clubs and accessories, because the school will not provide them for you. Third you need to know some basic knowledge about the sport “golf,” consisting of the different clubs that are out on the market today and how to play golf. You don’t need to know everything about golf, but just show some basic knowledge about how to play the game. Ketchum’s golf team practices after school either at the Coves or down below the dam. Michael Black and Dakota Evans, two of the twenty-seven members, say that they have competitions coming up soon.
