With the economy stuck in a recession, it affects students and the school.

I can’t get a job because of the economy,” said Sophomore Jesus Casas, 15.

And with unemployment being so high people have no money to buy things with. The school has even seen a drop in the football ticket sales.

Football tickets have dropped $3000 from last years ticket sales,” said Penny Dorschel cashier. In addition to this, other cuts have taken place.

The regular budget for classroom supplies has been cut by 3-5 percent, affecting the copying of papers.
