Ripon College
Ripon College has much to offer with its programs and student organizations. - Google

Ripon College is a private school in Ripon, Wisconsin with much to offer to prospective students such as its clubs, organizations, sports, and many unique courses.  Ripon is a small college, with only 1,057 students in the undergrad program.  However, it is a college bursting with opportunity in all that it offers.

Ripon College was founded in 1851.  Today it is a four-year liberal arts and sciences university.  Located about 80 miles northwest of Milwaukee, Ripon is a safe, small city of about 7,500 inhabitants.

As for the school, Ripon educates students from 33 states and 14 countries.  With a student-to-faculty ratio of 15:1 and an average class size of 20, Ripon has an opportunity that many colleges can’t offer; the chance of getting to your professor.

Ripon also has several other special opportunities including internships, study abroad programs, independent studies, service learning, and summer research projects along with the 70 student organizations and clubs one can participate in.  These activities range from the ever-popular inner tube water polo to the oldest continuously published student newspaper in Wisconsin, College Days.

Whether you are looking for a university with several great programs, many clubs and organizations, or simply where your professor will know your name, Ripon may be right for you.  Senior Ally B., is seriously thinking Ripon is the college for her.  When asked what Ripon has to offer, Ally commented “(Ripon has) a unique educational experience where I will not just be a number.”
