At-a-glance

When you’re new to a school you always think about what classes you’re going to get and the people you going to meet. What was most exciting for me was a locker, knowing that I could do what ever I wanted to my little compartment of metal. Even though the lockers at Lompoc High aren’t the greatest they were still a place to keep your belongings. This class year of 2008-2009 the lockers were an issue for the upperclassmen. Even though sophomores and freshmen had to pay too, they were able to get their lockers first. As a junior here at LHS, I know that the upperclassmen have a problem with that.

Some seniors have AP classes and many books to carry from class to class. Lockers should be free. Just imagine the long exhausting line at the end of the year to get your five dollars back.

Is there going to be more changes in this school or is everything going to be the same?
