Denzel Washington’s latest action film Book of Eli received mixed reviews; on “rotten tomatoes” popular critics battled countless hours and gave the movie a 5.3 out of 10. But those are critics and their lame, if you like big explosions, sweet fighting scenes, an interesting plot, and Denzel’s chiseled chin, you’ll go bananas over this movie. Book of Eli not only gives the thrill that most action-movie seekers want, but also gives a deeper meaning with a final plot twist that’ll either make the movie or sadly force you to walk out of the movie theater, demanding you’re money back in the form of buttery popcorn and corndogs. I give the movie a 4 out of 5.
