Year after year, one of the things that some people look forward to at the North Carolina State Fair is the concert series. General Admission to all NC State Fair concerts ranges from $5 to $15.
All of the concerts will be taking place in the Dorton Arena. The following singers will be performing at the State Fair grounds:
Jason Michael Carroll, American country music artist whose album produced three consecutive Top 40 country hits. Carroll will be performing Thursday, Oct. 15.
Third Day is a CCM and Christian rock band formed in Marietta, Georgia in the 1990’s. They perform Friday, Oct. 16.
Kellie Pickler, an American country music artist and television personality who gained fame as a contestant on the fifth season on American Idol, will be performing Saturday, Oct. 17.
Nat and Alex Wolff, American child actors and musicians from Nickelodeon’s The Naked Brothers Band will perform Sunday, Oct. 18.
Jamey Johnson, an Academy of Country Music award-winning music artist, will perform Monday, Oct. 19.
The Temptations, an American vocal group that achieved fame as one of the most
successful acts to record for Motown Records, perform Tuesday, Oct. 20.
Julianne Hough, an American professional ballroom dancer, country music singer and a two-time winner of Dancing with the Stars is performing Wednesday, Oct. 21.
Anoop Desai, an American singer who was a contestant on the eighth season of American Idol, placing sixth, will perform Thursday, Oct. 22.
Jeremy Camp and Tenth Avenue North, a contemporary Christian musician from Lafayette, Indiana, and an American Contemporary Christian music band from West Palm Beach, Florida, will be performing together Friday, Oct. 23
Blake Shelton, an American country music artist who went on to spend five weeks as Number One on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts is performing Saturday, Oct. 24.
Eric Church, a country music artist whose album produced three Top 20 country hits in "How 'Bout You,” "Two Pink Lines," and "Guys Like Me,” as well as a #51 in its title track. He will be performing Sunday, Oct. 25.
All tickets are already on sale and can be purchased at ncstatefair.org. Fair admission is not included in the ticket price.
