Spirit week was a huge success! We had Green and white day, beach day and class color day. Green and white day went off without a hitch! As you walked through the hallways you could see how spirited our school was. Decked out in full green and white, people wore anything they could find! Many students even wore some face paint; faculty also participated. Beach day worked out good as well. It was a nice sunny April day and the halls were filled with bathing suits under clothes, sunglasses, flip flops, skirts and shorts! Last but not least was class color day! Freshman wore red, sophomores wore green, juniors wore white and seniors wore black. You could see how friendly our school is and how well everyone got along by seeing all the colors mix. Finally, we had the pep rally! Students and faculty all came together to compete in the “Whacky Olympics” which consisted of the clown car challenge, the pickle spit, pie eating contest and the balloon pop. Each class was very spirited and did well. The captains from each spring sports team went up on stage and told us about their season and gave a good luck to all the other teams. Spirit week was a great way to bring everyone together and show our school spirit!
