In classes it becomes difficult to learn all of the information that is being thrown at the students. Some teachers make learning fun with games that normally would have nothing to do with the subject such as Simon Says, truth or dare, dancing like flappers, bingo, the drunk goggle game, recess, etc. These games truly do help make it easier to learn the material.

So how do you make these games deal with the subject that you are learning? That is truly simple, when playing Simon Says in history the teacher asks a question as the students are doing what Simon has told them. A peer could be hopping on one foot naming off the first 15 presidents while rubbing their stomach and patting their head. It is pretty funny to watch.

Truth or Dare is a riot as your classmates write down 2 questions to ask and one dare that is appropriate for school. The student receives more points when they do a dare instead of answering the question. There could be one student lip syncing to Britney Spears while dancing for 10 seconds.

The best game I have played was catch in health class with drunken goggles on, which sounds like a walk in the park to some but it truly isn’t that easy. The people wearing the glasses look truly stupid because it has extremely big frames and they are colored bright rainbow colors. But as you are standing there watching a person try to walk the line and fall on their butts you will truly understand the word “funny”.

There are probably a ton more games that teachers play that make no sense but just go and thank those teachers for making learning as fun as they possibly can.
