The Visual and Performing Arts Academy at Coachella Valley High School is proud to announce the 5th Annual USO style show, the City of Coachella’s A Salute to the Troops, to be held at Coachella Valley High School on Friday evening May 23rd at 7:30 PM and Saturday evening, May 24th at 7:30 PM, with a final matinee on Sunday afternoon, May 25th at 2:30 PM.

Written and directed by Bob Reinhagen, with choreography by Rob Reinhagen and music direction by Wayne Abravanel, A Salute to the Troops is a musical travelogue staged with full production values.

The cast includes professionals such as country music star Brian Scott, Miss California 2007, Jacqueline Fontaine, singing sensations Just Like T.H.A.T., along with professional dancers from companies such as Atlanta Ballet, Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre, American Repertory Ballet, Boston Ballet and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. These outstanding professionals join our students in what promises to be our most exciting show to date.
