Water is life's greatest necessity. Without it, we will cease to exist. So for this reason, having water on the go is a great idea right? Being able to quench your thirst in a moment's notice is an amazing concept. It is healthy to always have water near you. I used to believe these facts to be true, that is until I learned about the true risks of bottled water. To have a bottle of water seems like a good idea, but did you ever think about the particles that get into the water? What about the toxins that run throughout your body each time you take a sip of this precious water?

The plastic from the bottles is what makes this water dangerous. Research says the plastic releases toxins and poisons which will harm the body. Many people find it convenient to refill their bottles and reuse them without washing them thoroughly. Reusing bottles can cause the beverage in the bottle to be filled with even more  toxins. Also, letting bottles of water sit for long periods of time causes the water to gain larger amounts of toxins. Research has found that leaving the water in these bottles for excessive amounts of time can make the water's toxin level increase about one hundred times the amount that is in the ground waters. Research states that it is safer to drink tap water because it has a minimal amount of bacteria growth. Scientists have found that once a bottle of water has been opened, the growth rate of bacteria inside the bottle increases immensely.

With these odds, do you really think it is so important to have water with you at all times? Is it really necessary for you to have your daily water bottle with you? I too was a huge fan of bottled water at one point in time. When you find out something that is said to be great for your health is truly harming you, you tend to change your mind quickly. Protect yourselves, “Just Say No To Bottled Water!”
