Fall Carnival finally got here last Friday and it was a hit. From what I saw, participated in, and crawled through, it seemed like everybody had a good time.

This was a year of firsts for some of the booths this year.

The Freshman class had a picture booth where you could take a picture with the Joker or Hannah Montana.

FBLA had a Wii booth set up which was very popular this night. The 7th grade took the night with the almost familiar Haunted House but put a twist in it. Sponsor John Armbruster added a maze this year to the traditional haunted house. That sneaky snake.

Of course, besides me, the Haunted House was the flavor of the night.

“My heart skipped a beat going through there!” says sophomore Brianna Barker. “I almost ruined my makeup for the pageant!”

During the pageant later that night, Brittany Allen claimed the crown. Breanna Shelton placed second runner up and Chelsea Freeman placed first runner up.
