The atmosphere in Mrs. Nancy's class on Tuesdays and Wednesdays is one of hushed excitement.  The students are waiting for their art teacher - Mrs. Blanco.  Mrs. Blanco is the wife of our Spanish teacher Mr. Luis.  Mrs. Blanco visits Mrs. Nancy's class twice per week to instruct the students in some form of art. 

I saw some of their artwork and it is impressive.  They have done their ABC's in crepe paper, made beautiful butterflies, and the funniest 'people' from toilet paper rolls!  The kids are having fun and learning about themselves at the same time. Mrs. Blanco is so talented and willing to share her talent.  Both parties come out the winner in this partnership.  Thank you Mrs. Blanco for helping our kids learn.
