The Sadie Hawkins Dance was amazing. The event was held on February 16, 2008 in the cafeteria. It started at 7 o’clock and ended at 10 at night. The girls had to ask the guys to the dance. It cost $ 5 dollars per person and was well worth it. The best-dressed female would have had to be Giovonni Hale. She was wearing straight jeans and a loose red and white shirt that showed off her figure. The best-dressed male would have to be Damarri Allum, who wore blue jean pants and a red and black shirt. The overall event organizer, Mr. Jungling stated, “There was plenty to drink and people dancing to have a good time.” He seemed very pleased with the outcome. There was a DJ playing the hottest music and some dance team members helped setup the dance background with lovely pink streamers. These complimented the pink paper covering the windows to help darken the room. The dance turned out to be an overall great event and we hope to see many more in the future.
