What grinds my gears? Nothing today. I am reporting on the aftermath of the Superbowl XLIII Winners, The Pittsburgh Steelers. I was on the spot in Pittsburgh where the Steeler parade had taken place. The crowd was going wild and screaming fans were doing anything in their power to get a good view of the stage. Luckily, I was there early enough to get a nice spot to take some pictures of everyone’s favorite Pittsburgh Steelers. The weather was perfect and the atmosphere could not be any better. The city of Pittsburgh was truly alive and ready to go on such an exciting day of celebration. People were climbing on top of street traffic lights, trees, and rooftops to get great views but were immediately arrested on the spot and were not allowed to watch the rest of the parade. Later on, in the parade, Troy Polamalu did a stage dive into the crowd of the top of his truck and was eventually returned to safety. In an overall aspect, the day was great and the 350,000 fans that showed up were incredibly supportive of the Super Bowl XLIII champs, The Pittsburgh Steelers. |
