“WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2010” is the new video game with features and customizable options that are nearly endless. Also, designers from THQ are bringing back WWE Legends such as Steve Austin and “The Rock.” The game has an updated roster of superstars that gamers can manipulate. In previous games, gamers could only create superstars and customize the colors of the attires. However, attires couldn’t be altered to the defaulted roster, but now they can be. First, gamers may take a superstar and choose up to three “saved” threads for each superstar. Take Rey Mysterio for example: he has more parts available with his costume than anyone else in the game. Gamers may change the color of each piece of his mask. If gamers want to change tattoo designs on his body, they are able to and even create their own design(s). If someone doesn’t like the logos on his pants, he/she has the option of taking them off or adding new ones. In the past games, story modes were created by the designers of the game. But now if gamers are really creative, they can be the designers. For example, like creating their own WWE ring and/or arena. Gamers may even take scenes off if they want to go back. Gamers are able to take any superstar(s) on the roster and type in exactly what the superstars say and do. If gamers want John Cena to kiss Mickie James, go right ahead. If a gamer wants Randy Orton to blow up Vince McMahon’s limo, go for it. Gamers can even show their stories and creations off online. So what are you doing playing “Halo”? Go get your own copy of “Smackdown vs. Raw 2010”. |
