Monday, January 04, 2010 By Alicia Beridella

Ringgold High School has chosen its cast to perform the spectacular production of Seussical the Musical. The cast is made up of a lot of lively Ringgold students that are sure to make this musical a melodic memory to last through the ages. Stephanie Rogers, playing the Sour Kangaroo, stated, “I’m glad they chose this musical. It’s something that we can completely have fun with and goof off too.” Dr. Seuss works were always creative and original and Ringgold is sure to understand and support that philosophy. The Ringgold stage has been the home of many great musicals over the years, but this musical is sure to top them all. Seussical the Musical is a story of the Cat in the Hat, Leah Kramer, telling a story to Adam Mathews, as the little boy, about the wonderful place of the Jungle of Nool. The musical is set in the Horton hears a Who story, but there are a lot of things going on to circumvent only one. Performances are scheduled to take place on the 4 th , 5 th and 6 th of March in the Ringgold auditorium. The tale is still to unfold, so keep your schedule open for these short days, because this is not a musical to miss!
