I think that our society has depended on technology so much that we do not necessarily think on our own for everything. Technology is a huge part of our lives and most people cannot seem to live without it. Most people wake up in the morning and either heat something up for breakfast in the microwave or drive by to get some fast food. Either way they are using technology to get their food in the morning. Then we all go to school where we use computers, overheads, laptops, cell phones, iPods and everything else. It seems like technology touches every single one of our lives and without it we cannot survive or get through the day. I can infer that we are a little too dependent on technology. We cannot live our daily lives without using the internet to check the new, get on facebook, email, or listen to music; we are a society that is completely dependent on technology. Everything from getting into the car or bus in the morning, to calling someone in the afternoon on your cell phone, is using technology. So yes, we are too dependent on technology. |
