During the Halloween season, many people around the U.S. have organized zombie walks. What is a zombie walk? A zombie walk is where a group of people dress up as zombies and walk around a specific area. An article was written about a zombie walk by Lizete Vilks, that told of a zombie walk that took place in Des Moines. During the walk, zombies faced off against humans with nerf guns. The walk took place during the day and brought in a big crowd. She went on to explain characteristics of zombies which was a nice touch. This walk sounds like a blast. I wish I could take part in one sometime. It sounds like a fun way to celebrate Halloween, with others who like zombies. There is usually a zombie walk that takes place around where I live so I might have to take part next year.
