Many teenagers these days are always talking about how much stress they have including me. Especially during school for excessive school work, homework, and school projects. Stress is a term in psychology and biology. Signs of stress maybe emotional, physical, or behavioral. Signs may include poor judgement, excessive worrying, moodiness, inability to relax, feeling lonely, isolated or depressed. When I feel like this I try to do things to keep my mind off all my stress such as any kind of sports or go walk or run around the park. You should try to do things like these to help you out with all your stress.
