This year there have been many new additions to the Keyser High School staff. We took the chance to get to know them a little better. In an interview with Mrs. Kenney, the new ninth grade counselor, we found out about how she received the opportunity to work here. "I applied for the job and luckily got it!" she said. We also asked if she is enjoying being part of the KHS staff. "Very much," she said, "I met a lot of very nice teachers and students." The last question we asked was if she likes working with the students at KHS? "I do. I meet some great kids and I like helping students figure out their goals and what they like. I also like getting to know them." During an interview with the new assistant principle, Julie McBee, she was asked how the job opportunity came about. "Mr. Saturday (the former assistant principle) got a new job," was her response. We also asked if she enjoys being part of the KHS Staff. She answered, "I love it. It's a fantastic staff to be part of." When we asked if she enjoys working with the students as KHS, she replied, "Yes, the students are the most awesomest in West Virginia." Paul Richmond is the new physical science teacher at Keyser High. He found this job when recently looking for a substitution position and decided to take it. When asked if he enjoyed working with the KHS staff nd students, Mr.Richmond's answer was " Yes, very much." Amy Weaver, the new computer teacher, has a very positive attitude toward her new position. "I enjoy being a member of the KHS staff. I am meeting lots of new people
