Hi, we are interviewing a high school teach. We have decided to interview Ms. Colizzi. I have known her for many years. She is my favorite High School teacher. When I am in High School I hope I have her. We are very excited to interview her. Here is what she is all about. Do you like to work at Maple Valley Schools? Why? Her answer was Yes, because she loves the job and the students. Did you always know you were going to be a teacher? If so, when did you decide? Her answer was No, because I did not become a teacher until I was 32 and I worked other professions. Who or what inspired you to be a teacher? The teachers she had in high school. What do you find most enjoyable about teaching? Being able to positively effect her students’ lives including their career choices. If you didn't become a teacher, what would you have been? She would work for the FBI in some sort of form. Did you ever want to teach another subject? Why? She would like to teach animal science or astronomy because she is planning to live somewhere else and she loves animals. Would you ever want to quit teaching? And when? At some point she would want to teach college but she will always teach in some way. How long have you been teaching? 10 years and also used to teach at Charlotte for a couple months, and Eaton Rapids for two years. Who is your favorite person in this school? Dowling because he makes me realize that my life is fairly normal compared on to his and when students have him as a teacher it makes them appreciate me more. (Question made by Mr. Dowling) Ms. Colizzi is a fun teacher to have. She is entertaining to have around, and she is very caring about her students. She is the most fun teacher I know to be around.
