New technology in TurnerFriday, February 03, 2012 By Alondra Burciaga, Heidy Sarinana, Estefania Jimenez
Turner's new technology has had a very positive impact on teachers and students since the beginning of this semester. The new projectors being installed in the ceilings require an Epson pen to function and use revolutionary projector technology. "With the old technology, something always happened: the speakers didn't work, or it took a long time to load," said Mrs. Makita, Turner's Japanese teacher. This new technology seems to work better for the teachers. It has had an effect on them as well as their students, and seems to be more practical. "Now I have more room, it's more fun and interactive, and it's easier to teach," said Ms. Nance, Algebra teacher. With this new change, teachers and students attending Turner are benefiting from this new technology. Technology used here in Turner has advanced and is causing students to learn at a higher rate of productivity. "I love it! It's much faster, sounds much better, and is more reliable," said English teacher Mr. Bally. |
