What is wrong with ASB? Is it their enthusiastic school spirit? That is what everyone here in DMHS asks themselves. Many students criticized ASB officers, because they say that their conceited attitude creates an atmosphere of selfishness, especially to those who are very shy. Sometimes it’s true; they always like to be the center of attention. Their appearance by wearing fancy and expensive clothes makes their reputation in ASB even worse. To be allowed into the "in" the crowd, you have to be a specific way. It’s not just doing what they say, you have to be "in" and act like a popular student. I took the time to ask a tenth grade student, who said,”ASB don’t do anything and they don’t ask students what they want, they just do what they want.” IF THEY WANT TO SHOW LEADERSHIP, THEY SHOULD SHOW IT IN A DIFFERENT WAY. |
