Using the talents of the 6-12 th graders, this musical is one you won’t want to miss. With McKenzie Bryan, a ? as the heroine “Belle”, and 8 th grader Jonathan Passmore as the ever famous “Beast”, the performance enters the stage May 4 at 7:00 PM. “This is my first play so far, and it’s great! Everyone is so talented,” Matthew Harris, a senior, playing the somewhat uptight but loveable character of Cogsworth commented. “I am very pleased to have received the part of the beast. I’m happy to have this experience with such a wonderful cast. I’m very grateful to have Mrs. Bradi and Mrs. Rayvyn as our directors,” 8 th grade student Jonathan Passmore said about the play. “It’s very exciting, and I can’t wait until we’re on stage with an audience,” McKenzie Bryan says enthusiastically. “Certainly a different experience, and fun to be in,” says Senior Everett Lodics, who plays the quirky and egotistical Gaston. “This is a production that has the potential to provide hope for PCA theatre again!” the assistant director Rayvyn Carney exclaimed, “there’s just an amazing array of talent to be enjoyed!” Mrs. Bradi sees this play as something that will go down in PCA history as one of the best plays ever presented by the PCA Theatre.
