2nd Annual National Etymology ExamMonday, May 14, 2012 By Ms. Villani
In early spring, 2012, Latin IV Honors students participated in the 2nd Annual National Etymology Exam sponsored by the National Junior Classical League. The exam was administered to advanced-level students in grades 11 and 12. The Latin Department is proud to announce that four scholars from our Pentucket community have not only earned awards, but medals for superior acheivement: Nicole Brown, Silver Kathryn Wealey, Silver Chloe Capener, Bronze Michael McCarron, Bronze Ms. Villani would like to congratulate these students and recognize all of the students for their willingness to embrace the challenge of an optional exam. |
