Home to amusement parks, great lakes, cities, and famous houses, Ohio has many different places to take the family on a fun filled trip. Ohio has many different attractions which people can visit. One of those attractions includes Cedar Point, an amusement park built in 1970 and which has been improving ever since. Over the years, the park has claimed a number of world records which includes 17 roller coasters, the most at any given theme park. The park was voted “Best amusement park” by Amusement Today on multiple occasions. Another attraction in Ohio is the famous house from the movie A Christmas Story . The movie is about a young boy who lives in Ohio with his parents and little brother. All he wants for Christmas is a bb gun, and with which he is going to “shoot someone’s eye out”. The house still stands today in Cleveland, and offers public tours and a gift shop across the street. Ohio has many attractions, but the biggest on there is the Great Lake Erie. The lake is the biggest lake of all five of them, and offers many family fun activities. It is also the warmest and shallowest of all of the five lakes. Activities include fishing, boating, jet skiing, parasailing and many more.
