LMFAO is coming to Sacramento. The group will be performing at Power Balance Pavilion Wednesday June 6th at 7pm. The “Sorry for Party Rocking” tour features Far East Movement along with Sidney Samson, Eva Simons and more, who are featuring in some of their songs. LMFAO is the duo of Redfoo and his nephew Sky Blu. Despite what many people think LMFAO stands for, the band has said their name stands for “Loving My Friends and Others”. The electropop duo formed in 2006 and have gained much popularity not just in the United States, but also globally. Their hit song “Party Rock Anthem” was at the top of the charts in 7 countries. Party Rock Anthem has skyrocketed them to popularity everywhere. Many songs were produced before this one, but no song was quite as successful or popular. Their popularity from Party Rock Anthem and their other hit song “Sexy and I know it”, landed them a spot at this years Superbowl Halftime show with Madonna. LMFAO has quickly become one of the hottest groups and their music can be heard anywhere where there’s a party. This duo credits Tupac, The Black Eyed Peas, and James Brown as some of their major influences. LMFAO will finish their “Sorry For Party Rocking” Tour July 4th in Toronto. They will perform two more times in California in the tour, at Oakland and San Diego. |
