Full name: Dominique Shanté Brown Age: 18 years old Activities involved in: Track and Field Favorite hangouts: Friends’ houses, Wal-Mart Life in 20 years: Having kids, and raising a family, becoming a Registered Nurse, and trying to help people in some way. Most influential Teacher and why: “Staci Hubley, because she is a hard worker, and she tries to teach kids in different ways to help them learn better.” Favorite year of school and why: “Junior year, because I made it to state for track, and I was elected MVP on the team.” Best friends, and why: “Melissa Lilja, Erica Fetters, and Shauna Sooby, because they are there for support when I need them, and they always make me laugh. They are really great friends.” Motivation for achievements: “Support from my family, and close friends helping to push me further.” Most inspiring figure: Her mother. “She has been through hard times, and she is still going through them, and she manages to find a way through them. Not to mention she has raised 5 kids.” Paw Prints would like to congratulate Dominique and Christopher for a well-deserved recognition.
