Click: June 23

After bombing in 2004’s Spanglish, Adam Sandler goes back where he rightfully belongs: comedy. Sandler returns to his comedic roots in the new film Click, which comes out June 23 and also stars Christopher Walken and Kate Beckinsale. Click pretty much puts into reality everyone’s dream to have total control over every annoying person in our everyday lives. Sandler’s Michael Newman comes across a magical remote that actually works in real life. With one click, he has the ability to mute, rewind and pause his wife, children and anyone else he finds even remotely irritating. Inevitably, the remote starts to control every aspect of Newman’s life and serious complications arise as he abuses his power. If Sandler can stay true to his familiar, yet insanely popular comedic style, expect this film to live up to its already-generating buzz and rack up the big bucks at the box office.
