Adults should be “mature” by the time they hit 18 right? Then why do they still watch child cartoon programs on TV? Such as Cartoon Network or a more teen program such as Adult Swim. The reality of it all is just simply that some of the more “mature” people just don’t grow up, they just stay one age and stop maturing.

Young kids through tantrums and cry if they don’t get what they want. Teenagers make there parents feel stupid until the parents let them buy the products they want and having no recollection or regard for how much they cost or how much they buy and how hard it is on the parents. So even today adults act like kids.

According to ntdaily.com, “Cartoon Network, the group that adopted ‘Family Guy’ for reruns, had the right idea. Their lineup of nightly cartoons, called Adult Swim runs every night except Friday and continues to gain popularity. With shows such as ‘Aqua Teen Hunger Force’ and ‘Robot Chicken,’ Adult Swim may be considered nonsensical compared to its sitcom counterparts.”

Some people might call this absurd and violent and can go too far. I think that if Adults have there own shows shush as Sex in the city, Lipstick Jungle, and One Tree Hill. Adults should stick to there own shows because the level of maturity there showing is low and employers look at it poorly.

Programs like Adult Swim that are on late night television, show violet teenage cartoon shows such as American Dad, Futurerama, and others. These shows are teen based not for adults. Adults should learn to grow up and take reality as it comes. Adult Swim and other national production companies should stop allowing producing such violent shows so it can be less appealing to young adults and kids in there late teens.
