9:30: Please allow the following students to be released from their classes:
Members of the BETA Recycling Committee: list forthcoming

General release
Teachers escort their classes and sit with/monitor them throughout ceremony—teachers with first period conference report to the outdoor stage at 9:35 to supervise aisles and any “standing room only” in the rear of the seating area
Students’ backpacks, books, etc., are left in first period rooms—to be collected following ceremony.
9:35: CATE hall
(Teachers with first period conference please report to the outdoor stage at this time—supervise aisles and any “standing room only” students in the back of the seating area)
9:40: Social Studies hall
9:45: Math, English, PE halls
9:50: Science (and any other classes not previously assigned)
The ceremony will begin promptly at 9:55 AM

Post Ceremony
Teachers escort students back to first period classes to pick up books & go immediately to second period classes. Please excuse dancers and recycling committee members for the first 10-15 minutes of second period to change clothes and clean up.
The Earth Flag will fly over BETA throughout the day to symbolize our commitment to taking care of one another & the planet.
The Gateway to the World Library will feature a display of The Earth Pledge translations and other Earth Day features.
