At-a-glance

Just because it was smaller doesn’t mean it wasn’t as good. This year for noise parade a few changes had been made. One of the main changes were that they took out the semi-flat beds. It was student councils decision to take out these trailers because they figured kids could get hurt and they don’t want it to happen.

This year clubs and sport had to find a creative way to build and enter their own floats. There was another option where kids who didn’t have a float could ride busses according to their class. It was the end of the day on Thursday and sixteen floats had been entered. It looked like this parade would be just a little smaller this year.

This parade was amazing. We had vehicles from bikes to buses. It was fantastic, full of spirit, class pride, and a lot of kids screaming and pumping up the rest of the town for the game that night. This parade was a little different, but the spirit was just as grand.
