Mr. Zaegel’s dog Ferbie is a Cocker spaniel mix. She is energetic, playful and loves people.

Mr. Zaegel likes to walk Ferbie around the neighborhood and play fetch with her pink bouncy ball.

Ferbie’s favorite treat is Bacon Bits. She comes whenever Mr. Zaegel opens the bag.

 “I like her because she gives me a lot of laughter, and she’s very affectionate,” said Mr. Zaegel about his relationship with Ferbie.

They like to talk about things like “how much she likes it when I rub her belly,” and “how much she makes me laugh,” said Mr. Zaegel.

However, Mr. Zaegel does not think he spends enough time with Ferbie because of how much time he spends at school, but he tries to spend as much time with her as he can.

He does not brush Ferbie’s teeth because according to him, “her breath will get pretty stinky afterwards because she’ll just lick her butt.”
