Some of the most highly talked about movies are coming out this summer. Movies like “Men in Black III” and “The Dark Knight Rises” will be hitting the movie theaters and are predicted to blow up the box office.

There is no denying that summer is the ideal time to release a movie. Summer is when most students have been let out of school and have lots of free time. In general people want to just hang out and enjoy in the nice summer weather. However, sometimes rainy days or just running out of stuff to do can cause a lull in summer action. That is where the movies come in, they create excitement on the dullest of days and are great for all ages. From those who are looking for a thriller movie to the little ones who look up to their favorite movie superhero, there is a movie for everyone coming out this summer.

According to the Internet Movie Database, one of the new and popular science- fiction movie that is coming out this summer is “Men in Black III.” This is the third installment of the “Men in Black” movies starring Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones. This movie will follow  Agent J (Will Smith) as he goes back in time to the 1960s to save his friend Agent K (Tommy Lee Jones) from being killed by an alien.

For people who are more into Disney fantasy the movie “Brave” is coming out in theaters starring Kelly Macdonald as princess Merida. This movie captures the adventure of a daring princess trying to change the course of her life by breaking a beastly curse.

“The Amazing Spider Man” will also be hitting the theaters in July for those who would like to see an action-packed thriller.  This movie follows Peter Parker, or Spider Man, who is played by Andrew Garfield, on a quest to find out more information on why his parents disappeared when he was younger. His quest leads him on a direct collision course with his dad's former partner, Dr. Curt Connors (Rhys Ifans).

“Chernobyl Diaries” is sure to give you goosebumps as this horror takes you into the abandoned city Pripyat that once used to be where all the workers from the Chernobyl nuclear power plant lived. This movie follows six tourists and their extreme tour of the city. After a bit of exploring, however, the group realizes that they are not alone in the town like they originally thought.
